Media Partners Wins Six Measure of Excellence Awards from VSHMPR

Raleigh, N.C. (May 29, 2014) – Media Partners, Inc. (MPI), a full service media-marketing agency, won six Measure of Excellence awards at the Virginia Society for Healthcare Marketing and Public Relations (VSHMPR) conference last week in Charlottesville, Virginia.  MPI received the awards for its marketing efforts on behalf of Centra Healthcare in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Raleigh, N.C. (May 21, 2014) — Transitions LifeCare, formerly known as Hospice of Wake County, will dedicate a new memorial garden on its Raleigh campus this Saturday.  The veteran’s garden will ensure future generations never forget the many sacrifices that secured the freedom cherished in the United States today.  The dedication ceremony begins at 2 p.m. on Saturday May 24th at 250 Hospice Circle in Raleigh.  Special flag ceremonies and military medleys will salute veterans, and participants will share stories while dedicating a garden designed for reflection and respite.

Media Partners Wins Two Inspire Awards from NCPRSA

Raleigh, N.C. (May 8, 2014) Media Partners, Incorporated (MPI) received two Inspire Awards from the North Carolina Public Relations Society of America.  The awards were presented last night at a banquet emceed by Deborah Morgan of WRAL-TV on the campus of North Carolina State University.  MPI received two bronze awards.

Hospice of Wake County Celebrates Service to the Community with 35th Annual Dinner and Fundraiser

Raleigh, NC (May 1, 2014)—Hospice of Wake County (HOWC) celebrated their 35th year of service to the community on Thursday, April 10th at their annual dinner and fundraising event. Three hundred and sixty people attended this year’s event at the North Ridge Country Club in Raleigh.  In just one night they raised over $195,929 to provide care and support to individuals suffering from terminal illness, and their families.
